SHIPMENT & RETURNS

Orders within the country are sent via the DPD courier company, Inpost Kurier and Inpost Paczkomaty (average delivery time 1-2 days). In the case of foreign orders - please contact us by e-mail to determine the method and price of delivery.

The order processing time is 1-3 business days, in the case of individual orders 2-5 business days.

RETURNS

A personalized product cannot be returned or exchanged (Please shop carefully)

A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, but in such a case you will bear the direct costs of returning the ordered item to us. When you return only part of your order and this is the only return for a given order, the cost of return shipping will be our responsibility (For such a return, we refund the amount equivalent to the cheapest shipping option on our website). 

Please pack the returned goods carefully so that they are not damaged during the return journey (we recommend packing the goods in the same way that the goods were delivered to you).Send the returned parcel by courier to the following address: LE POLLEN, Pola Augustova, Pruszków, ul. The Store has the right to refuse to accept the Goods in cases of return of damaged Goods, return made after the expiry of the permissible deadline or delivery to the Store of defective Goods, i.e. incomplete.  All Goods offered in the Store are new. Photos of the Goods are examples because most of the Goods are handmade and made of unique materials. There may be slight differences in the appearance of the products. custom-made goods; according to the Customer's specifications or adapted in such a way that they serve to meet his individual needs, they are not subject to exchange or return.

COMPLAINT

If the item has a manufacturing defect or is damaged, please file a complaint.
The application can be sent by e-mail to:lepollenshop@gmail.com providing: order number, description of the defect.
The complaint will be considered within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

You will receive information on how to handle the complaint within 14 days from the date of our receipt of the shipment containing the complained Product. If a complaint submitted via courier is accepted, we will send you a full-value product (repaired or new), and if this proves impossible (e.g. out of stock), we will refund the full amount of the paid price of the Goods. If the complaint is not accepted, the Product will be sent back with an opinion that the complaint is groundless.

ATTENTION: Products sent back in the form of letters or registered letters via Poczta Polska and parcels sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
