Orders within the country are sent via DPD, InPost Courier, and InPost Parcel Lockers (average delivery time: 1-2 days). For international orders, please contact us by email to arrange the shipping method and cost.

Shipping to EU countries costs 90 PLN. If you wish to ship outside the EU, please contact us.
Order Processing Time:
2-4 business days, for personalized orders 2-5 business days. (During holiday periods, processing time may be extended by 1-2 days).
Please check the condition of the parcel upon receipt!
Dear Customers, we kindly ask you to thoroughly inspect the condition of the parcel at the time of receipt. If any damage is found, it is essential to create a damage report or refuse to accept the package. This is crucial for us to pursue claims for the damaged parcel. Without such a report, we will be unable to obtain compensation for the damaged package. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
RETURNS
Personalized Products are Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable (Please make thoughtful purchases)
A consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the order; however, in this case, you will bear the direct costs of returning the purchased item to us.
The store reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of goods in the case of a damaged product, returns made after the allowed time frame, or the delivery of an incomplete item (e.g., missing receipt, protective cover, or gift bag). All items offered in the store are new. Product images are for illustrative purposes, as most items are handmade from unique materials. Slight differences in the appearance of products may occur. Customized items made according to the customer's specifications or tailored to their individual needs are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
To return an item:
1. Fill out a brief return information form so we are informed about your return and can process it promptly, then print the RETURN FORM (click to open).
2. Place the form and receipt in the box.
3. Return the complete item to us at the following address:

-Please pack the returned item carefully; place the product in a cotton bag.
-Ensure that the bag is filled with the paper it arrived with.
-Remember to return the bag along with the receipt, protective cover, and gift bag; otherwise, the return will be incomplete.
IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT send packages via Poczta Polska (we cannot guarantee their collection).
COMPLAINT
If the item has a manufacturing defect or is damaged, please file a complaint.
The application can be sent by e-mail to:lepollenshop@gmail.com providing: order number, description of the defect.The complaint will be considered within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
You will receive information on how to handle the complaint within 14 days from the date of our receipt of the shipment containing the complained Product. If a complaint submitted via courier is accepted, we will send you a full-value product (repaired or new), and if this proves impossible (e.g. out of stock), we will refund the full amount of the paid price of the Goods. If the complaint is not accepted, the Product will be sent back with an opinion that the complaint is groundless.
ATTENTION: Products sent back in the form of letters or registered letters via Poczta Polska and parcels sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
