The Online Store, whose Administrator is the entity conducting business under the name LE POLLEN Polina Kuhai, located in Pruszków, at Kościelna 22, 05-800 Pruszków, REGON 528487832, NIP 5213795492, hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller", applies all legally required measures to protect the processing of Users' personal data, based on the use of specialized technologies that ensure the correct and secure processing of data.

  1. The Personal Data Administrator declares that the personal data of Users and Customers of the Online Store are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, as amended) and the Act on the provision of services by electronic means of July 18, 2002 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1030, as amended).

  2. The Personal Data Administrator exercises all diligence required by law to protect the personal data of Users to whom the data relates. 

  3. All words appearing in this document and beginning with a capital letter should be understood in accordance with their definition contained in the Regulations of the Online Store.

  4. The User remains anonymous until making a purchase on the Website, subscribing to the Newsletter or completing the contact form on the Website. In these cases, you are required to provide personal data.

 

SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF COLLECTED PERSONAL DATA

 

The personal data of Store Users will be processed by the Personal Data Administrator for the following purposes:

THE RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS AND CORRECT THE DATA CONTENT

  2. The User has the right to control the processing of data concerning them contained in the Personal Data Administrator's data set.

  3. In the event of an objection to the processing of personal data, further processing of the disputed data is inadmissible. However, the Personal Data Administrator may leave the User's name or names and surname or address in the file solely in order to avoid the re-use of this person's data.

COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
