Online Store, the Administrator of which is Sergiy Serdyuk, running a business under the name Le Pollen, based in Pruszków, at ul. Kościelna 22, 05-800 Pruszków, REGON 520312062, NIP 5213943981, hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Administrator", applies all protection measures provided for by law regarding the processing of data of Online Store Users based on the use of specialized technologies ensuring correct and secure data processing.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Personal Data Administrator declares that the personal data of Users and Customers of the Online Store are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, as amended) and the Act on the provision of services by electronic means of July 18, 2002 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1030, as amended).

  2. The Personal Data Administrator exercises all diligence required by law to protect the personal data of Users to whom the data relates. 

  3. All words appearing in this document and beginning with a capital letter should be understood in accordance with their definition contained in the Regulations of the Online Store.

  4. The User remains anonymous until making a purchase on the Website, subscribing to the Newsletter or completing the contact form on the Website. In these cases, you are required to provide personal data.

 

SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF COLLECTED PERSONAL DATA

 

The personal data of Store Users will be processed by the Personal Data Administrator for the following purposes:

  1. conclusion and implementation of the Sales Agreement;

  2. implementation of the Newsletter Service, after obtaining the User's prior consent;

  3. conducting correspondence in the case of a contact form completed by the User.

  4. The personal data administrator does not disclose personal data to external entities without the User's express consent. The data may be made available to external entities only within the legally permitted limits specified in specific provisions.

  6. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary, but necessary to conclude a Sales Agreement, subscribe to the Newsletter or conduct correspondence.

 

THE RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS AND CORRECT THE DATA CONTENT

 

  1. The user has the right to access and correct their personal data.

  2. The User has the right to control the processing of data concerning them contained in the Personal Data Administrator's data set.

  3. In the event of an objection to the processing of personal data, further processing of the disputed data is inadmissible. However, the Personal Data Administrator may leave the User's name or names and surname or address in the file solely in order to avoid the re-use of this person's data.

  4. If the User consents to the processing of data for the purpose of receiving the Newsletter, this consent may be revoked at any time.

 

COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
